Nadav’s practice focuses on complex commercial and administrative litigation, representing clients in high-stakes class actions and derivative lawsuits. Drawing on rich experience from both the public and private sectors, he delivers strategic representation in multifaceted disputes.
Nadav’s journey began with his tenure at some of the most prestigious commercial litigation departments in Israel. Later, Nadav served within the Office of Legal Counsel and Legislative Affairs in the Ministry of Justice. Nadav served as a member of the committee established by the Minister of Justice to draft the new civil procedure regulations. Nadav works also in the field of constitutional law. Nadav served as counsel for the petitioner in the proceedings submitted to the High Court of Justice regarding the Biennial Budget, which resulted in a precedent ruling on the issue of “Abuse of Constituent Power”. Nadav has published articles on this topic in leading legal journals, which have been cited by the Supreme Court.
