Ruth specializes in labor and employment law, providing comprehensive legal counsel, ongoing advisory services, and representation across a broad spectrum of complex employment matters to employers, corporations, and senior executives alike.

Ruth possesses extensive experience in drafting executive and individual employment agreements, confidentiality and non-compete covenants, internal workplace policies, and corporate employment guidelines. She regularly guides clients through termination proceedings, formal hearing processes, and separation negotiations, and represents parties before the labor courts in claims involving compensation, severance pay, statutory social rights, and injunctive relief.

Alongside her litigation practice, Ruth acts as a certified mediator, assisting parties in resolving disputes and complex workplace conflicts amicably outside of court.

As a certified notary, Ruth prepares and issues all types of notarial certifications in accordance with the Notaries Law and regulations, including multilingual document translations and notarizations (Hebrew, English, Portuguese, and Spanish) for both domestic and international clients.
